RMT damp mill Damp mill is the main device used in pellet technology. It processes the materials at a moisture content of 8% to 13%, by thoroughly mixing them and grinding them, which can increase the contact area of the material particles. Using damp mill will shorten the process of making pellet, bring down the equipment cost, improve the quality of pellet and recovery rate, and enhance the working conditions and environmental protection conditions. Working principle: The cylinder is rotating driven by the action of the circumambient large gears, and under the impact of the grinding media (steel pellets) and the grinding among pellets or between the pellet and cylinder lining, the material thoroughly gets the fresh surfaces exposed. After mixing sufficiently, the material is released through the release hole at last ready for the next procedure.
